Before returning an AllArts product, please take a moment to understand- All our products are vintage, antique, sourced and preserved over many years from all over the world. Resulting in each product being delicate and unique, the colours therefore may vary slightly from the images.
Exchange/Refund will NOT BE INITIATED if customer does not ‘like’ the product.
Exchange will be accepted only if order is damaged in Transit or you receive the wrong product.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
STEPS TO MAKING RETURN
- Please inform us within 2 days (48 Hours) of receipt of your order, you must email on email@example.com with your order number and product picture to notify us.
- Once our concerned Team checks the description & confirms the same for exchange or return of Damage /Incorrect product then we will confirm through email to customer for approval of the exchange.

- Shipping / Reverse pick-up / Re-shipping charges for return and exchanged item would be borne by AllArts only.
- Once we received the products we will inspect and check the physical product, we shall dispatch fresh / correct product depending on availibility, as per AllArts policy.
- It may take longer than usual time to send the exchanged product.
We ship to over 200 countries worldwide. We take great care in delivering your products to you. We partner only with reputed National and International couriers.
- Our Courier partner excluding Public Holiday’s and Sunday will be able to deliver the shipment between Mondays to Saturday: 10 Am to 6 Pm.
- Address Change will be accepted if order has not been shipped from warehouse.

- Only Prepaid orders can be shipped. AllArts does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for International/Domestic Orders.
